Product Description

• MIG/MAG and TIG welding application. When the welding torch is triggered off, gas flow to the outside is closed. On the other hand, the gas pressure on hose increases due to continuous gas supply. Following the restart of welding, extra gas consumption, porous welding area and less penetration of welding material is caused by the increase of pressure. This situation could be avoided by using a gas economizer.

Usage Of Product

• Product must be assembled to outlet of CO / Argon, Mixed gas regulators.

When you use GTC-101

• Up to %50 less gas consumption.
• When the pressure inside the tube drops, the welding operator must adjust the flow rate again. GTC-100 provides a constant flow and second setting of flow is not required until the gas inside the cylinderis empty. Saves time and increase efficiency.
• Increase welding quality.
